Assessment
We offer an unmatched assessment system that is comprehensive, integrated, and internationally accessible. Assessment tools are customized to your needs and cover the wide gamut of skills and competencies necessary for employment in Canada, including employment specific competencies, workplace essential skills, academic and employment credentials, English language proficiency, and Canadian cultural awareness. Our assessment services allow you to make the most informed human resource decisions possible.
We perform language capability evaluation. Reading, writing, speaking and listening skills are assessed. The speaking evaluation includes degree of accent.
Essential skills capability assessment – reading text, using forms and other documents and solving problems that include numbers. This testing asks questions relating to typical North American work situations. Documents used include forms, maps and charts, as well as selections from service manuals and regulations. Ability to find and use information is tested.
Qualifications assessment is undertaken to make sure education qualifications are transferable/acceptable in Canada.
After all of this, any outstanding credentials and training requirements including an evaluation of likelihood of success on required Canadian testing, is pre-assessed.
Training and Accreditation
We offer first-class, one-on-one consultation, facilitation, and training services for employees requiring Canadian accreditation based on employer, industry, labour, and government standards. Our services are tailored to the individual needs of employees, which can range from:

- Assistance preparing for those exams.

In most cases, candidates can begin work during the training and accreditation process.
